Grass is starting to turn green, streets & potholes are being repaired & in our “special leaf district” in the University area the streets are going to be cleaned earlier than usual which is good news. A house came up for sale on Plymouth 3 days ago & has had several showings and already an offer to purchase. Time to think about that Spring freshening, clean up, clean out if you plan to hit the market this Spring…and remember to donate items to one of the many worthwhile nonprofits in Missoula!
