4/4 + 6 weeks (approx.) Arthur-5th to Eddy water main replacement project. Much of Arthur will be closed. Helen will be used as a detour. One lane of traffic will be maintained on 5th & 6th at all times. Expect significant delays & congestion … and we thought we only got “congestion” when we have a cold!
